Section 5 — Solar Installation Services
Eltron Energy provides solar installation services for residential, commercial, and industrial properties. All quotes provided by Eltron Energy are valid for the period specified in the quote document. Final pricing is subject to site survey and may vary from initial estimates based on roof condition, structural requirements, electrical infrastructure, and other site-specific factors.
Equipment warranties (solar panels, inverters, batteries, mounting structures) are governed by the respective manufacturer warranty terms. Eltron Energy will assist customers in availing manufacturer warranties for systems installed by us.
The Eltron Assure program (where opted) provides additional 5-year performance and maintenance coverage as per the Eltron Assure contract executed at the time of installation.
Section 6 — Government Subsidies and Net Metering
Eltron Energy is empanelled with the PM Surya Ghar national portal and with BESCOM (and other relevant DISCOMs) to facilitate residential rooftop solar subsidy claims and net metering applications. While we handle the paperwork on behalf of our customers, the disbursement of central government subsidies and approval of net metering applications is the sole prerogative of the respective government authorities (MNRE, state DISCOMs). Eltron Energy does not guarantee approval timelines or subsidy amounts, which are governed by prevailing government policies.
Section 7 — User Comments, Feedback and Other Submissions
If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions, or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials (collectively, “comments”), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are under no obligation to maintain any comments in confidence, to pay compensation for any comments, or to respond to any comments.
You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right.
